Ingredients
- Minced Meat (Fine 2x ) 1/2 Kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
- Papaya Paste 2 Tsp
- Salt 1 Tsp
- Onion (Raw – Finely Ground) 1 Medium Sized
- Oil 2 Cups
- Red Chillies (Whole) 10-15
- Cumin Seeds (Safed Zeera) ½ Tsp
- Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania) 1 Tsp
- Cloves(Long) 6
- Green Cardamom (Choti Ilaichi) 2
- Nutmeg & Mace (Jaifal Jawitri) ½ Tsp
- Black Pepper ½ Tsp
- Lemon 1
- Ghee 1 Tbs
Cooking Directions
- Grind all the solid spices finely
- Add these to the minced meat along with onion, papaya and lemon Marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil, add mince and cook on low heat.
- Sauté till brown and dry.
- Heat a coal on fire, make a ditch in the mince and keep a bread slice or aluminum foil.
- Then put the red hot coal on top and add 1 tbs ghee.
- Cover lid for 10-15 minutes Serve with onion rings, green chutney and parathas
