RECIPE OF DUM KA KEEMA IN ENGLISH | URDU - HOW TO COOK DUM KA KEEMA IN ENGLISH | URDU

Ingredients

  • Minced Meat (Fine 2x ) 1/2 Kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
  • Papaya Paste 2 Tsp
  • Salt 1 Tsp
  • Onion (Raw – Finely Ground) 1 Medium Sized
  • Oil 2 Cups
  • Red Chillies (Whole) 10-15
  • Cumin Seeds (Safed Zeera) ½ Tsp
  • Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania) 1 Tsp
  • Cloves(Long) 6
  • Green Cardamom (Choti Ilaichi) 2
  • Nutmeg & Mace (Jaifal Jawitri) ½ Tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ Tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Ghee 1 Tbs


Cooking Directions

  1. Grind all the solid spices finely
  2. Add these to the minced meat along with onion, papaya and lemon Marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil, add mince and cook on low heat.
  4. Sauté till brown and dry.
  5. Heat a coal on fire, make a ditch in the mince and keep a bread slice or aluminum foil.
  6. Then put the red hot coal on top and add 1 tbs ghee.
  7. Cover lid for 10-15 minutes Serve with onion rings, green chutney and parathas
