RECIPE OF GULAB JAMUN IN ENGLISH | URDU - HOW TO COOK GULAB JAMUN IN ENGLISH | URDU

Ingredients

  • Powder milk 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • For Sugar Syrup:
  • Water 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms powder ½

Cooking Directions

  1. For Gulab Jamun:
  2. Mix all together.
  3. Make a smooth dough by rubbing it.
  4. Make 12 balls out of it.
  5. Deep fry on a very low flame till dark brown.
  6. For Sugar Syrup:
  7. Boil sugar, water, cardamoms powder, kewra water till dissolved and boil comes.
  8. Add the fried gulab jamun in it.
  9. Cover and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
