Ingredients
- Powder milk 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Semolina 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour 1 tbsp
- Clarified butter 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- For Sugar Syrup:
- Water 2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Kewra water 1 tsp
- Cardamoms powder ½
Cooking Directions
- For Gulab Jamun:
- Mix all together.
- Make a smooth dough by rubbing it.
- Make 12 balls out of it.
- Deep fry on a very low flame till dark brown.
- For Sugar Syrup:
- Boil sugar, water, cardamoms powder, kewra water till dissolved and boil comes.
- Add the fried gulab jamun in it.

Cover and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
