Ingredients
- Milk 2 kg
- Citric acid/Tatri 1 tp
- All purpose flour 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 kg (make syrup/sheera)
- Pictachio for garnishing
Cooking Directions
- Boil milk and add tatri.
- Sieve from muslin cloth and knead.
- Add cornflour and all purpose flour also make dough.
- Give oval shape and put in prepared syrup/sheera and cook well till rise
- Sprinkle pistachio and serve.
