RECIPE OF CHAM CHAM IN ENGLISH | URDU - HOW TO COOK CHAM CHAM IN ENGLISH | URDU

Ingredients

  • Milk 2 kg
  • Citric acid/Tatri 1 tp
  • All purpose flour 1/2 tsp
  • Cornflour 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 kg (make syrup/sheera)
  • Pictachio for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil milk and add tatri.
  2. Sieve from muslin cloth and knead.
  3. Add cornflour and all purpose flour also make dough.
  4. Give oval shape and put in prepared syrup/sheera and cook well till rise
  5. Sprinkle pistachio and serve.
