Ingredients
- For Sugar Syrup:
- Sugar 1 kg
- Water 250 gm
- For Jalebi:
- Yeast 100 gm
- All purpose flour 200 gm
- Soda 1 pinch
- Water 100 gm
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
- For Sugar Syrup: Cook sugar and water together till it gets a boil.
- Then turn off the stove.
- For Jalebi: Mix all the ingredients except oil and make a paste.
- Now put the mixture in jalebi cloth and make jalebis in hot oil.
- Fry till it gets brown in color from both sides.

Now put them in prepared sugar syrup and serve.
