Ingredients

  • Chicken mince 150 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required
  • Spring onion 1
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp (crushed)
  • Sesame oil ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Chicken stock 2 glass
  • Chinese cabbage half (chopped)
  • White pepper ¼ tsp (crushed)
  • Coriander 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Cooking Directions

  • In a bowl beat eggs, add flour, salt and water to knead hard.
  • Now roll the dough thinly.
  • Cut into 4 inches squares and keep aside.
  • In chopper put together chicken mince, spring onion, a little salt, black pepper, sesame oil and lemon juice. Chopperize well.
  • Put a spoonful of mixture in each dough piece, fold from top to make into a top sealed bag.
  • Seal the wontons using egg white.
  • In a pan put chicken stock and let cook till comes to a boil.
  • Add Chinese cabbage, white pepper, salt to taste, little black pepper, coriander leaves and prepared wontons.
  • Cook for 5 – 6 minutes. Dish it out and serve.

            鸡肉150克
            鸡蛋2
            面粉1杯
            盐的要求
            根据需要水
            葱1
            黑胡椒¼茶匙(粉碎)
            麻油半茶匙
            柠檬汁1汤匙
            鸡蛋白1
            鸡汤2玻璃
            中国cabbage一半(切碎)
            白胡椒¼茶匙(粉碎)
       
    香菜1汤匙(切碎)

     

        烹饪路线


      
        在一个碗鸡蛋打散,加入面粉,盐和水揉成硬。

      
        现在薄面团擀。

      
        切成4英寸广场和备用。

        在菜刀放在一起鸡切末,葱,盐少许,黑胡椒,麻油和柠檬汁。
        Chopperize好。

        把混合物中的每一个面片一匙,从顶部折叠制作成顶密封袋。


    密封用蛋清的馄饨。


    在锅内放鸡汤,让煮,直到来到一片沸腾。


    加入中国白菜,白胡椒粉,盐调味,少许黑胡椒,香菜叶,准备馄饨。

    煮5  -  6分钟。
    炮制出来和服务。
