Ingredients
- Chicken mince 150 gm
- Eggs 2
- Flour 1 cup
- Salt as required
- Water as required
- Spring onion 1
- Black pepper ¼ tsp (crushed)
- Sesame oil ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- Chicken stock 2 glass
- Chinese cabbage half (chopped)
- White pepper ¼ tsp (crushed)
- Coriander 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Cooking Directions
- In a bowl beat eggs, add flour, salt and water to knead hard.
- Now roll the dough thinly.
- Cut into 4 inches squares and keep aside.
- In chopper put together chicken mince, spring onion, a little salt, black pepper, sesame oil and lemon juice. Chopperize well.
- Put a spoonful of mixture in each dough piece, fold from top to make into a top sealed bag.
- Seal the wontons using egg white.
- In a pan put chicken stock and let cook till comes to a boil.
- Add Chinese cabbage, white pepper, salt to taste, little black pepper, coriander leaves and prepared wontons.

Cook for 5 – 6 minutes. Dish it out and serve.
