RECIPE OF Hareesa Lahori IN ENGLISH | URDU - HOW TO COOK Hareesa Lahori IN ENGLISH | URDU

Ingredients

  • 500 gms Mutton
  • Oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 125 gms Harees
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1Tbsp Garam masala
  • 1tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Salt as required
  • Lemon as required
  • coriander leaves

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pot add Wheat, Mutton, Green Chilli, Ginger Garlic paste and Salt to cook
  2. In another pan add 1 big sp oil, add cumin, Tomato paste, Lemon and all of the dry masalas .
  3. When the mutton from step 1 becames tender, remove it from the pot and add in the masala from step 2.
  4. Now make paste of harees and add in the masala mixer.
  5. Put some water if required and put on dam for some minutes.
  6. Finally add coriander leaves.
  7. Serve it with Tandoori Roti
