  • 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, Southern style
  • 1 pound boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin slices

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff
  • Directions

  • Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Remove and set aside.
  • Stir in water, milk and Spread and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff. Return to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in ground beef mixture; heat through.
