RECIPE OF Black Pepper Beef IN ENGLISH | CHINESE - HOW TO COOK Black Pepper Beef IN ENGLISH | CHINESE

Ingredients:

  • 300 gm beef fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • salt, to taste

Marinades:

  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp cornflour

Seasonings:

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 Tbsp water

Method:

  1. Dice beef. Mix well with marinades. Dice onion and set aside.
  2. Heat wok with oil over medium heat. Stir fry onion until soft. Push onion to sides of wok. Add garlic in the middle of wok. Increase heat to high, toss in beef cubes. Add more oil if necessary. Stir fry beef and lightly brown all sides. Stir and mix all ingredients together. Cover and cook until steam releases from wok. Add seasonings and combine evenly. Sprinkle ground black pepper and season with salt if needed. Done

    方法


    骰子牛肉。用卤汁拌匀。    骰子洋葱,待用。
    炒锅烧热油,中火加热。煸炒洋葱至软。推洋葱入锅两面。添加大蒜入锅中间。
增加热量高,折腾牛肉块。如果需要添加更多的石油。翻炒牛肉,轻轻棕色四面八方。搅拌混合所有的配料混合在一起。盖上盖子,煮,直到蒸汽排放的铁锅。加入调味料,并结合均匀。如果需要,撒上黑胡椒和盐调味即可。
