RECIPE OF Cumin Rice IN ENGLISH | CHINESE - HOW TO COOK Cumin Rice IN ENGLISH | CHINESE

Ingredients

  • Sella rice ½ kg (washed and soaked for 2 hours)
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Curry leaves 3
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Cinnamon sticks 2-3
  • Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter 3 tbsp
  • Yellow food colour a pinch
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan and add the cloves, cinnamon sticks, curry leaves and black cumin seeds and fry.
  2. Then add water, chicken cubes and salt and bring to boil.
  3. Then add the rice and cook.
  4. Add a pinch of yellow food colour in a bit of water, mix it well and add it to the rice and mix carefully.
  5. Cover and simmer until the rice are cooked.
  6. Dish out and serve hot

            蝶鞍米半公斤(洗净,浸泡2小时)
            鸡丁2
            咖喱叶3
            丁香4-5
            肉桂棒2-3
            黑孜然1茶匙
            黄油3大匙
            黄色食用色素少许
            根据需要水
       
    盐适量

     

        烹饪路线


      
        热黄油在平底锅里,加入丁香,桂皮,咖喱叶和黑孜然种子和鱼苗。

      
        然后加水,鸡丁及盐煮滚。

      
        然后加入大米和做饭。

      
        添加黄色食用色素少许的一点水,拌匀,并把它添加到大米和精心搭配。

      
        盖上盖子,焖,待米煮熟。

        盘开出,趁热。
