Ingredients
- Sella rice ½ kg (washed and soaked for 2 hours)
- Chicken cubes 2
- Curry leaves 3
- Cloves 4-5
- Cinnamon sticks 2-3
- Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Clarified butter 3 tbsp
- Yellow food colour a pinch
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- Heat clarified butter in a pan and add the cloves, cinnamon sticks, curry leaves and black cumin seeds and fry.
- Then add water, chicken cubes and salt and bring to boil.
- Then add the rice and cook.
- Add a pinch of yellow food colour in a bit of water, mix it well and add it to the rice and mix carefully.
- Cover and simmer until the rice are cooked.

蝶鞍米半公斤(洗净,浸泡2小时)
鸡丁2
咖喱叶3
丁香4-5
肉桂棒2-3
黑孜然1茶匙
黄油3大匙
黄色食用色素少许
根据需要水
盐适量
烹饪路线
热黄油在平底锅里,加入丁香,桂皮,咖喱叶和黑孜然种子和鱼苗。
然后加水,鸡丁及盐煮滚。
然后加入大米和做饭。
添加黄色食用色素少许的一点水,拌匀,并把它添加到大米和精心搭配。
盖上盖子,焖,待米煮熟。
盘开出,趁热。
